Affiliate Programme Terms

Affiliate Programme terms

Participation requires approval by Zoffis. Affiliates must promote Zoffis honestly, disclose their affiliate relationship and must not use spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding or self-referrals.

Unless an individual agreement says otherwise, commission is calculated on qualifying subscription revenue actually paid to Zoffis, excluding VAT, refunds, disputes and non-qualifying extras. Free invoices earn no commission. Commission is held for the configured review period and becomes payable through Stripe Connect after the minimum threshold is reached.

Zoffis may reject attribution where the customer was already known, attribution cannot be verified or programme rules were breached. Campaign benefits are governed by their campaign-specific terms. Affiliates remain responsible for their own tax obligations and accurate Stripe payout details. Zoffis may suspend participation or update these terms prospectively; accrued valid commission remains recorded subject to refunds and disputes.

Packages and commissions

Packages eligible for up to 12 commission invoices

  • Business Plus — your current partner rate on up to the first 12 successfully paid subscription invoices, excluding VAT.
  • Business Plus Flex — your current partner rate on up to the first 12 successfully paid subscription invoices, excluding VAT.
  • Business Plus Priority — your current partner rate on up to the first 12 successfully paid subscription invoices, excluding VAT.

Zoffis Start — separate one-time reward

For Zoffis Start, you receive a one-time reward equal to 100% of the first successfully paid subscription invoice, excluding VAT. The customer does not receive a free first month on this package. Later Start invoices earn no commission, and the Start reward does not use any of the 12 commission invoices available for the other packages.

Partner levels

  • Standard: 1–5 qualifying paying customers during the previous 12 months — 15%.
  • Proven: 6–11 qualifying paying customers during the previous 12 months — 18%.
  • High-performing: 12 or more qualifying paying customers during the previous 12 months — 20%.
  • Strategic Partner: 20% following prior written approval from Zoffis.

Only Business Plus, Business Plus Flex and Business Plus Priority customers count toward partner-level qualification. A Zoffis Start customer does not count. A customer qualifies only after the first applicable subscription invoice has been paid successfully.

When commission is not payable

Free invoices, VAT, refunds, credits, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, and cancelled or rejected customers earn no commission. A reward remains subject to the normal holding period and may be cancelled or reversed. The current percentage shown in the affiliate dashboard or a separate written agreement controls.
