Affiliate Programme terms

Participation requires approval by Zoffis. Affiliates must promote Zoffis honestly, disclose their affiliate relationship and must not use spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding or self-referrals.

Unless an individual agreement says otherwise, commission is calculated on qualifying subscription revenue actually paid to Zoffis, excluding VAT, refunds, disputes and non-qualifying extras. Free invoices earn no commission. Commission is held for the configured review period and becomes payable through Stripe Connect after the minimum threshold is reached.

Zoffis may reject attribution where the customer was already known, attribution cannot be verified or programme rules were breached. Campaign benefits are governed by their campaign-specific terms. Affiliates remain responsible for their own tax obligations and accurate Stripe payout details. Zoffis may suspend participation or update these terms prospectively; accrued valid commission remains recorded subject to refunds and disputes.
