Pricing questions
What is included in the monthly price?
Your subscription includes your Zoffis business address, mail handling, scanning, secure customer account and the services included in your selected plan. Prices are shown excluding VAT.
How is physical letter forwarding charged?
Physical forwarding is optional. You only pay when you ask us to forward a letter, and the cost depends on the destination and postal or courier service used.
Where do I manage payment and invoices?
Your Zoffis account includes Billing, where active subscription information, invoices and secure payment-method options are available.
Can I change my plan later?
Plan changes are handled according to the active Zoffis service terms. Contact support if your mail-handling needs change.
Which Amsterdam business address will I receive?
Your exact address is allocated from the available Zoffis Amsterdam locations during onboarding and is clearly confirmed in your agreement before activation.
